ADMISSION PROCESS IN POLAND

The admission process for studying in Poland involves several steps, which can be summarized as follows:

Step 4: Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive an acceptance letter from the institution. This letter will help you prepare for your visa. Students who are not from the EU or EEA should begin assembling the paperwork required for a student visa.
Step 5: Application for Visa and Travel Plans: Visit the closest Polish embassy or consulate to submit an application for a student visa. Make travel plans to start your studies in Poland as soon as your visa is granted.

VISA PROCESS FOR POLAND



To apply for a study permit in Poland, follow these steps:

1. Application Submission: Fill out the application Form for a visa and turn it in in person at the Polish consulate, embassy, or visa application center.
2. Required Documents: Get ready with the required paperwork: a current passport, a valid photo,Offer Letter, travel health insurance, evidence of lodging, and a cover letter outlining the reason for the visit.
3. Biometric : Provide biometric (fingerprints and photo) at the visa application center.
4. Visa Interview: Attend the visa interview. You may be asked questions about the reason for your visit as well as other pertinent information.

5. Processing Time: An application for a visa to Poland typically takes between 10 and 14 days to process, though in certain circumstances, this period may be increased.
6. Visa Collection: Once the visa is authorized, pick up your passport from the visa application facility, embassy, or consulate.
