ADMISSION PROCESS IN CANADA

The admission process for studying in Canada involves several steps, which can be summarized as follows:

1. Choose the right course and university: Research the available programs and institutions in Canada that offer the course you are interested in.
2. Check entry requirements: Ensure you meet the minimum entry requirements for your chosen program, which may include specific grades, a relevant diploma, or a research proposal.
3. Language proficiency: Gather information about the requirements and eligibility.
4. Prepare required documents: Gather all necessary documents, such as a completed application form, a copy of your school leaving certificate,

academic transcripts, passport photographs, proof of Language proficiency, and any additional documentation that supports your application.
5. Start the application process: Fill the application form and upload all required documents and certificates.
6. Wait for the university's response: Once selected you will be sent a letter of acceptance.
7. After offer letter received: It is a document that you will need to apply for your student visa.

VISA PROCESS FOR CANADA



To apply for a study permit in Canada, follow these steps:

1. Choose a designated learning institution (DLI): Enroll in a program at a DLI, as a study permit is required for international students attending a DLI.
2. Prepare the required documents: Gather the necessary documents, including an admission letter from a DLI, proof of financial support, results from a medical exam and police check, and language test scores.
3. Apply for the study permit: You can apply for a study permit online or through a Visa Application Centre (VAC) in your country. If you are eligible, you can apply through the Student Direct Stream, which allows for faster processing.

4. Wait for the status: After submitting your application, you will need to wait for the status to be processed. This can take 2 to 16 weeks.
5. Fly to study in Canada: Once your study permit is approved, you can travel to Canada to begin your studies.

Remember that your study permit alone will not enable you to enter Canada, and you may be issued with an Electronic Travel Authorization alongside your permit. You may also be eligible to work part-time with a Canadian Study Permit, usually up to 20 hours a week.
